This page covers cargo35.com, the marketing site, which is run by Cargo35 LLC, a US company. The Cargo35 product at app.cargo35.com has its own terms, agreed when an organization signs up. For anything on this page, write to info@cargo35.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your company, your work email, and, if you choose to answer, what you are running on now. Using the form is voluntary. If you email info@cargo35.com, we receive your email.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. We use those only to keep the site running and secure.
Our analytics show us which pages people visit and roughly which country they visit from, not who they are.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you and to follow up about Cargo35. We may also send you occasional updates about Cargo35; every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell your information. In GDPR terms, we process your details because you asked us to get in touch and because we have a legitimate interest in answering and in staying in touch; the server logs exist to keep the site secure, and analytics run in our legitimate interest to understand how the site is used.
Where it goes
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, only to run this site and our mail. Some of that processing can happen outside the EU, under safeguards EU law recognises, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses; write to us if you want the details. Beyond those providers, we share your details with no one, unless the law compels us to.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we are talking, or might be. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider, then deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete what we hold, we do, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website traffic.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to what we do with it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to info@cargo35.com and we will handle it. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live or work.
