- Is there a free trial?
- No. An empty trial account shows you very little. Instead we walk you through a demo account loaded with realistic shipments, so you see the system doing real work.
- Do you charge per user?
- Not directly. Cargo35 is priced per organization, with users included based on your plan. If your team grows, additional users can be added without automatically forcing you into a different plan.
- How long does setup take?
- Onboarding is included and we work through it with you. Timing depends on your data and how you run today.
- What happens if we grow past our plan?
- We'll work with you to move to the plan that best fits your team and requirements. Nothing changes automatically without a conversation first.
